This is beautifully handcrafted Weymouth with Swivel Port.  This Weymouth is an engineering marvel.  This bit has fixed swivel cheeks that rotate around the low port mouthpiece independently of each other.

This action allows for better turn-ability than pelhams. To expand, a swivel cheek curb bit allows for more direct turning communication; the turning rein produces direct pressure to that side, independently of the opposing rein.
